Emergency support
In an emergency, all our customers can call us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Every customer, on every plan. From our smallest to our biggest. If you are a StraightPress customer, you get our 24/7 emergency support. The middle of the night, on Christmas day, if your site is down, call us.
This number is for emergencies. So if you delete something by mistake at 3am, we’d prefer you send us an email.
Support forums
All our customers can post questions or issues on our support forum. Looking to add polls? Wondering which ad networks are the best? Post it on the forum. You can flag the post as a technical question, and we’ll make sure we answer you. If you prefer, you can keep the post private so only you and our team can see it.
Most posts on our support forum are public so all our customers, and the wider community, can access the knowledge built up over time.
Telephone support
Customers on our “specialist” maintenance plans have the option of telephone support. You can submit a request, tell us a good time and a number, then we’ll call you. We’re spread across timezones, so we’ll call you when it’s convenient for you.
